As I've not booked yet what is the new price for the Sunday games?

Nemesis the Warlock wrote:Guys and gals, I'm afraid I have bad news regarding 'Children of the Corn 2'. Went up today to do some final touches ready for the week-end, only to be greeted by the soggy sight of water everywhere. The ground has finally reached its saturation-point and the drainage ditches and the water-table can take no more....the wettest July since records began.....it really is bad and I cant expect anyone to play in these conditions so have made an executive decision to postpone the game till Sept 6th. Have spoken to lots of people who are up for this new date so thanks for your flexibility and understanding. If you cant make this date then I will obviously get your dosh back to you asap...if you can make this date then see you on the day!

And as a teaser.............

Nemesis The Warlock wrote:After many generations of searching The Book of the Dead has been located once more. To resurrect and control the dead is a power only imagined by the Gods...The Book is the means by which its mortal master would indeed become one of the Gods. Locate The Book and hold it in your possession and victory is assured. There is however a stark warning....The Book is jealously guarded. The Ancient Scriptures tell of 7 warlords (7 Deadly Sins) put to death for their heretical behaviour during The Purges. The Sins (Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, Pride) will stop at nothing to retrieve The Book from mortal hands, in an attempt to win redemption and be granted final peace, from the Gods. By searching for The Book you will awaken the 7 Deadly Sins.

You have been warned.........

omfg what a day. I know the Warlock wants to do an official post at some point and i'll copy it over when he does.

For those of you who turned up yesterday/today you soon discovered why so many N.S.T players were there. Not to Marshal........But to become the 7 Warlords of Sin. A big thanks to 666, Rico, Nails, Andy, 007 and Bluie for joining me in raising our distinct kind of hell.

Guys, the players party last night was awesome, you have mine and the Teams full respect for honouring our wishes, in regards to after hours antics and the farmer, when he came down with his kids today, was happy enough to let us camp next year.

The game play was full flowing covering the entire site, Score points were all over the field and i have to say that for the first 2 games Lee "Blaster" Terry's PDF forces dominated, despite the Sins best intentions of destrupting that. Tom's CRaP forces came back in game 3 and again in game 4 but by then the damage had been done and they were a beaten force. Fluff, i don't think came out of the Corn all day..........and to my knowledge is still there.

A few thank you's, firstly to Iain (The Warlock) and the Marshals for an awesome days balling. You guys were everywhere!
Secondly to all the players who turned up! never have i seen such fair play and brillant control of the trigger that i don't believe anyone got pulled for Bonus balling or overshooting or firing hot guns.

And lastly the next two thank you's go together, to Claire (My Long suffering Paintball widow'd wife) and Chloe (my niece) for standing behind the BBQ all weekend and turning out the food on demand to a bunch of hungery paintballers and to all the guys who donated (ok i did ask you) for Claire to have a nice relexology session sometime this week. She's looking forward to it.

Garage out!!
