I'm always up early anyway Scally so its not such an issue for me, just not so early at weekends. Tomorrow the alarm will be set for 5am as the actual Grand Prix is on live, and I want to watch that .. Must be chuffin' mad

Much like Scally and Cessle if I have too much sleep I usually feel much worse.. weird old thing the human body!!

experts say that the human body now needs no more than 7hours sleep a night...i tried that and i was soo tired i was falling asleep at my desk! what the hell do they know?? i prefer think everyones different, it all depends on what your job is + how much you do in the day + food and drink...all these aspects...therefore, i will go back to my 8hours a night!!

and cess, me too...this week ive been in bed by 2100 and up a 0630 and still feel tired as hell at work!
