Found the problem, forcing focus on the review window was causing IE to prevent any user input.. Hopefully sorted now Gary.. try it again..

Now has a new scoreing system added which allows me to sort the list into an order having the higher scoring shops at the top of the list.. Hopefully make things easier finding a reliable or popular dealer..
